ABOUT ME
Although the cause of death was reported as cancer, Phil, a 24-year-old intelligence researcher, is convinced that his half sister, Halle Taylor, was murdered. He is a Scottish Hindu who defines himself as pansexual. He started college but never finished the course.

Physically, Phil is in good shape. He is average-height with walnut skin, grey hair and green eyes. He grew up in a working class neighbourhood. His father left when he was young, leaving him with his mother, who was an addict.

He is currently in a relationship with Jean Greg Ramos. Jean is 14 years older than him and works as a professional sports person. Phil's best friend is an intelligence researcher called Darcy Howard. They have a very firey friendship. He also hangs around with Evan Walsh and Aidan Blair. They enjoy attending museums together.
